We would like to expand this authority to be able to conduct all cargo charters to various U.S. points using large aircraft specifically B-727 aircraft which we currently operate in Canada. We would also like to obtain the authority to conduct third country cargo charters using large aircraft subject to prior approval.

Morningstar requested and received exemption from 49 USC section 41301 to conduct, for a period of one year, all-cargo charter foreign air transportation, as follows: 1) between Canada and the United States; and 2) other charters to and/or from the United States, subject to 14 CFR Part 212.
