Antitrust Immunity Granted for R-1 through R-52

Order 99-1-6 approving and granting antitrust immunity to the agreement R-1 through R-52, subject where applicable, to conditions previously imposed. This order shall be effective and be the action of DOT unless a petition for review is filed by January 29, 1999. The agreement is comprised of resolutions grouped into two categories: Areawide and Longhaul. The Areawide resolutions revalidate existing, approved resolutions dealing with innovative fares and add-on fare provisions.
