Transporte Ejecutivo Aereo, S. A. de C. V. a Mexican air taxi operator of executive aircraft, requests renewal of its exemption from to authorize Transporte Ejecutivo Aereo, S. A. de C. V. (T.E.A.S.A.) to engage in charter foreign air transportation of persons and their accompanying baggage with small aircraft between Mexico and The United Sates and, subject to prior Department approval, between other countries and The United Sates. T.E.A.S.A. also requests renewal of stopover privileges and relief from the requirement to obtain advance approval for each Mexico - U.S. flight based on the belief that considerations of reciprocity favor renewal. T.E.A.S.A requests that this exemption be renewed for a minimum one year.

F. R. Part 212; T.E.A.S.A. also requests renewal of stopover privileges and continued relief from the requirement to obtain advance approval for each Mexico-U.S. flight or series of flights based on the belief that considerations of reciprocity favor renewal.
The Department Granted the above authority to Transporte Ejecutivo Aereo pursuant to a Notice of Action Taken dated August 31, 2005. Transporte Ejecutivo Aereo requests that the Department Renew this authority, which is scheduled to expire August 31, 2006 for the period of at least two years.

Renewal of exemptions from 49 U.S.C. 41301 to permit the applicants to conduct passenger charter operations between Mexico and the United States, and other passenger charters in accordance with 14 CFR Part 212, using small equipment. The applicants also request stopover privileges and relief from the Department’s requirement to provide prior notice of each flight, or series of flights, between Mexico and the United States.
Aero Rey, S.A. de C.V., Guja, S.A. de C.V., and Transporte Ejecutivo Aereo, S.A. de C.V. each requested that their authority be granted for a two-year term. As to the other applicants, we have decided, on our own initiative and in the interest of administrative efficiency, to grant the exemption authority for a two-year term.
