Gemini hereby applies for a certificate of public convenience and necessity authorizing Gemini to provide scheduled foreign air transportation of property and mail between any point or points in the United States, or any territory or possession of the United States, on the one hand, and any point or points in these countries. Gemini has conducted operations to 36 countries since its certification in October 1996 using its DC-10-30F aircraft. The countries served include Canada, various points in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Europe and South America. The purpose of this application is to obtain broad international authority so that Gemini can deliver its cargo service as commercial opportunities develop. DOT has issued broad certificate authority to other cargo carriers as well.

Answers are due by August 6, 1998.
