The agreement in Docket OST-98-3878 establishes fares between Okayama and Niigata, Japan, and the U.S. Trust Territories of Guam and Saipan to reflect services to be commenced by Japan Air Lines. The agreement in Docket OST-98-3929 establishes fares between Las Vegas and Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Fukuoka, Sendai, and Okinawa, Japan, and deletes add-on amounts (over San Francisco) previously used in constructing fares in the markets.

The agreement in Docket OST-98-3898 generally increases fares between the South Pacific sub-area and North and Central America between two and five percent for all fare classes. Fares are re-established to/ from Mexico City and from Guatemala City at fixed levels over fares to/from Los Angeles, and add-on amounts for four additional Points in Australia are specified over Sydney. Add-ons for South America Area 145 are cancelled, having been added to Area 130, which also contains add-one for Central America. No changes were made to fare structure or conditions of travel.
