This letter amends the filing of the Application of North East Cargo Airlines for an Exemption and Motion for a Shortened Answer Period dated May 18, 1998, made in Dockets OST 98-3859 and OST 95-412. North East Cargo Airlines hereby requests authority to engage in charter foreign air transportation of property and mail between a point or points in the Russian Federation and a point or points in the United States, with responses from any interested parties by May 22, 1998 instead of the authority to "engage in charter foreign air transportation of persons, property and mail" as was stated by the referenced initial filing.
