The agreement revalidates cargo rates between the United States and Austria, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, Scandinavia, and Switzerland; deletes specified rates to/from Newark as they are commonrated with New York; and deletes general cargo rates, specific commodity rates, and unit load device rates to or from the U.S. that can be constructed using nil add-on amounts.
