Application for an Emergency Exemption
Due to engine testing and operational scheduling uncertainties, it is possible that the charterer may require Antonov to operate two one-way flights on or about March 10, 1998 For administrative convenience, Antonov requests that it be granted a single exemption covering a total of five one-way flights, and that the authority be granted for the period from March 10 through April 9, 1998.
