Pursuant to sections 42308 and 41309 of Title 49 of the United States Code and sections 303.03, 303.05, and 303.30(c) of 14 CFR Part 303, the International Air Transport Association (IATA) has requested approval of, and antitrust immunity for, an agreement permitting various third parties to participate as technical advisers in two working groups, the Data Interchange Sub-Group (DISG) and the BSPC Support Group (BSG). Both are sub-groups of the Billing and Settlement Plan Committee (BSPC), which is a committee established under the Passenger Agency Conference.
