Aero Taxis, a Mexican air taxi operator of executive aircraft, requests an exemption from 49 U.S.C. 41301 to authorize Aero Taxis to engage in charter foreign air transportation of personnel and their accompanying baggage with small aircraft between Mexico and the United States, and, subject to prior department approval, between other countries and the United States. Aero Taxis also requests stopover privileges and relief from the requirement to obtain advance approval for each Mexico-U. S. flight. Aero Taxis requests that this exemption be granted for a period of at least one year.

Notice of Cessation of Operations
We wish to inform you that Aerotaxis de Aguascalientes, S.A. de C.V. has stopped sending us the paperwork to continue the annual updates to the Renewal of Exemption from 49 U.S.C. 41301. When we investigated the matter, we found that Aerotaxis de Aguascalientes is no longer conducting operations.
