Application for Foreign Air Carrier Permit Pursuant to Subpart Q through Expedited Nonhearing Procedures

The Airline received its operating certificate in January, 1997, and was designated on October 14, 1997 to undertake the services proposed herein pursuant to the Air Transport Agreement between Costa Rica and the United States. Plans to operate nonscheduled, including charter, property and mail service between Costa Rica and Miami, Florida and Los Angeles, California. JHM anticipates that the service proposed herein will be without seasonal variation using A-300 equipment.
