On January 8, 1998, we granted TAESA's request to conduct Fresno-Guadalajara/Zacatecas services through January 8, 1999, and deferred action on its request to conduct the additional services, pending receipt of evidence of the applicant's designation under the United States-Mexico Air Transport Services Agreement of August 15, 1960, as amended and extended, to serve those markets.
