Application for Exemption and Statement of Authorization

HTML

Under the wet-lease agreement between Cayman Airways and Pacific, Pacific's twice weekly flights from Panama City to Miami will be operated between Miami and the Cayman Islands (either Grand Cayman or Cayman Brac) on behalf of Cayman Airways, with cargo of that carrier, before returning from Miami to Panama as a Pacific flight. Pacific does not intend to transport cargo under its own name between the Cayman Islands and Miami. Operations will be conducted with Pacific's B727-100 freighter aircraft, which is registered in Panama and is configured to carry 44,000 pounds of cargo.
