Balair/CTA Leisure Ltd. is the newly-established successor company to the former Balair/CTA Ltd., which successfully operated air charter services between Switzerland and the United States from 1960 until October 31, 1995. In the interim period from November 1, 1995 until the present, Swissair, Swiss Air Transport Company Ltd., has operated these same services under its own authority, using the trade name Balair/CTA. Balair/CTA intends to continue charter operations from Switzerland to various destinations in Europe, Asia, North and South America, including the Caribbean, as previously operated by the former Balair/CTA Ltd., or Swissair, Swiss Air Transport Company, Ltd., during the interim period from November, 1995 to present.

In its first year of operation, earnings before interests and taxes are projected to be $1,083,978 on total revenues of $76,200,383. Balair/CTA's parent company, SAir Group, will provide assistance and support - if necessary - to guarantee compliance with any and all financial requirements of DOT and FOCA.
