The agreement increases first and intermediate class Circle Pacific APEX fares between three and twelve percent, re-establishes first class fares for application on journeys where first class service is not available for all sectors at 95S of full first class levels, increases allowable stopovers in Australia to three, and reestablishes fares from Macau to equal those from Hong Kong. Sidetrip fares were also established to Mexico and South America.
