Continental' applies pursuant to 49 U.S.C. § 41102 and Subpart Q of the Department's Rules of Practice for renewal of its Route 383 certificate authority to provide scheduled foreign air transportation of persons, property and mail between Newark, New Jersey, and London, UK., and to integrate its Route 383 authority with Continental authority at other pointed Continental asks the Department to process this application by expedited non-oral hearing procedures pursuant to Rule 1750(a) of the Department's Rules of Practice.

Continental currently provides 14 weekly nonstop DC-10 Newark-London flights.
