Aeroservicios Ejecutivos De Occidente, S.A. de C.V., ("AEOSA"), a Mexican air taxi operator of small aircraft, requests an exemption from 49 U.S.C. 41301 to the extent necessary to authorize AEOSA to engage in charter foreign air transportation of persons and their accompanying baggage between Mexico and the United States and, subject to prior Department approval, between other countries and the United States. AEOSA also requests stopover privileges and relief from the requirement to obtain advance approval for each Mexico-U.S. flight. AEOSA requests that this exemption be granted for a period of at least one year.

A.E.O.S.A.'s renewal application is limited in scope and is non-controversial. Transportation services proposed by A.E.O.S.A. are substantially identical to those it performed between Mexico and the United States during the past year, i.e., highly personalized transport services to executives and their invitees using small, business-type aircraft.
