Application for Renewal of Section 416 Temporary Exemption
Taino will continue to provide, without seasonal variation, scheduled property and mail service via its wet-lease arrangement with DHL in accordance with the terms and conditions established by the Department.
The Airline's Temporary Exemption expires September 27, 1997. Taino hereby requests that its Temporary Exemption be renewed and remain in effect for a further one year period, net, through September 27, 1998, permitting the Airline to continue providing scheduled foreign air transportation of property and mail between Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and Miami, Florida, as well as Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and New York, New York.
