Application for Renewal of Exemption
Leisure International Airways Limited hereby respectfully applies to the Department of Transportation for renewal of the exemption granted on April 25, 1997 (confirmed by Order 97-8-12) to engage in charter foreign air transportation of persons and property between any point or points in the United Kingdom and the United States pursuant to the U.S.-U.K. bilateral agreement and other charters pursuant to Part 212 of the Department's Economic Regulations. This authority will expire on April 25, 1998. Leisure seeks a renewal for a period of two years.
