By Order 97-7-19. dated July 27 1997 in the above-referenced docket, the Department granted Flying Colours authority to engage in charter foreign air transportation of persons and property: between any point or points in the United Kingdom and any point or points in the United States, either directly or via intermediate or beyond points in other countries, with or without stopovers; between any point or points in the United States and any point or points not in the United Kingdom or the United States: and any other charter flights authorized pursuant to Part 212 of the Department s regulations.
