LTU is a privately owned company, organized as a partnership in 1955 and is one of six affiliated companies, known as the LTU Group, with common ownership engaged in travel and tourism. All of its owners are citizens of Germany. LTU is owned by Conle & Co. OHG, Mulheim/Ruhr (60.6%); Westdeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale (34.3%) and E.W. Graebner, Koln (5.1%). In addition, all of LTU's officers, directors and key management personnel are citizens of Germany.
