Air Tindi has operated transborder charter services in several markets pursuant to its exemption authority as reflected in its reports submitted to the Department. Air Tindi intends to continue such services pursuant to the renewed authority it seeks herein. Unless renewed, Air Tindi's exemption authority would expire by its terms on October 28, 1997.
