OST-96-1668 May 28, 2002 Joint Motion to Dismiss Exemptions and Statements of Authorization (Blocked-Space:  U.S.- Saudi Arabia)

Have voluntarily terminated the agreement under which they offered a blocked-space/code-share service. In these circumstances, United and Saudia respectfully request the Department to dismiss their Joint Application for Renewal of Exemptions and Statements of Authorization filed on August 28, 1998. Dismissal of the Joint Application will terminate the exemptions and statements of authorization under which the carriers have been operating pursuant to an automatic extension under 5 U.S.C.
