Although the company issued approximately 1,750,000 additional capital shares, the ownership percentages of Aero Quimmco are unchanged, i.e. Quimmco, S.A. de C.V. continues to hold 99.99% of the issued capital stock. Ownership of Ouimmco. S.A. de C.V. Although the company issued approximately 200,000,000 additional capital shares, the ownership percentages of Quimmco are unchanged, i.e. Rodolfo F. Application for Renewal of Exemption
Aero Quimmco, S.A. de C.V. hereby applies for renewal of its exemption which authorizes Aero Quimmco to engage in charter foreign air transportation of passengers between Mexico and the United States, and other passenger charter operations in accordance with 14 C.F.R. Part 212, using small aircraft. Aero Quimmco also requests renewal of its stopover privileges and continued relief from the Department's requirement to provide advance notice of each flight, or series of flights, between Mexico and the United States.
The Department granted the above authority to Aero Quimmco pursuant to a Notice of Action Taken dated July 22, 2005. Aero Quimmco requests that the Department renew this authority, which is scheduled to expire July 22, 2006, for a period of at least two years.
Aero Quimmco's proposed air transportation services are unchanged from those it performed between Mexico and the United States during the past year, i.e., customized transport services for executives and their guests using small executive jet aircraft.

We note that Taxi Aereo de Veracruz, S.A. de C.V. did not request stopover privileges or relief from the requirement to provide advance notice of each flight, or series of flights, between Mexico and the United States. We have decided to grant the applicant that authority.
Taxi Aereo de Veracruz, S.A. de C.V., Aero Quimmco, S.A. de C.V., Servicios Especiales del Pacifico Jalisco, S.A. de C.V., and Aero Empresa Mexicana, S.A. each requested that their authority be granted for a two-year term. As to the other applicants, we have decided, on our own initiative and in the interest of administrative efficiency, to grant the exemption authority for a two-year term.
