Amerijet International, Inc. OST-1996-1243 - Exemption - Houston-Cancun/Merida April 5, 1996 Application for Renewal of an Exemption Amerijet International, Inc. submits this application for renewal of an exemption, granted to it by Notice of Action Taken, dated June 8, 1994, and confirmed by Order 1994-8-6, authorizing it to provide scheduled foreign air transportation of property and mail between Houston, Texas, on the one hand, and Cancun and Merida, Mexico, on the other, and to integrate that authority with Amerijet's existing authority to serve other points in Mexico as well as points in the Caribbean, Central America and South America. Amerijet requests that its current exemption authority, which will expire on June 8, 1996, be renewed for a period of two years. Counsel: Seeger Potter, John Richardson, 202-496-1234
