OST-96-1187 - Tijuana-Oakland

September 22, 2003

Application for Renewal and Amendment of Exemption

Hereby applies for renewal of its exemption from 49 U.S.C. § 41301 authorizing Allegro to conduct scheduled combination air service between (1) Leon (El Bajio), Mexico, and Oakland, California; and (2) Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, and Oakland, California. Allegro seeks amendment of its exemption to the extent that Allegro does not seek renewal of its exemption to conduct scheduled combination air service between Zihuatanejo, Mexico, and Oakland, California.

Allegro continues to hold authority from the Director General of Civil Aviation of the Government of Mexico (DGAC) to operate scheduled combination service between Leon (El Bajio), Mexico, and Oakland, California; and between Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, and Oakland, California. Since issuance of this exemption, the DGAC has canceled Allegro's designation to operate scheduled service between Zihuatanejo, Mexico, and Oakland, California.
