CanAir states that its structure and operation today is virtually identical to that when the original authority was granted. It continues to be licensed by the Canadian Government; full insurance coverage remains intact; the Company is operating a fleet of Convair-580, B-737 and A-320 aircraft; and the ownership and key management personnel remains the same.

Renewal of exemption under 49 USC. 41301 to permit CANAIR to continue to engage in charter foreign air transportation of persons and their accompanied baggage between a point or points in Canada and a point or points in the United States; and amendment of that authority, in order to conduct other passenger charters, in accordance with 14 CFR Part 212.
