Requests renewal of exemption authority granted to Mexicargo in Docket OST-95-825, in order to engage in charter all-cargo foreign air transportation between a point or points in Mexico and a point or points in the United States. Mexicargo also requests renewal of its exemption authority to operate other charters in accordance with Part 212 of the Department's Economic Regulations.

Although Mexicargo currently is not providing charter all-cargo service to the United States, it plans to resume operations to the United States next year after the conversion of its B-727 aircraft all-cargo configuration is completed. The conversion should be completed during the first quarter of 1999.
