Conditional Application for Renewal of Various Exemption and
Route Integration Authorities
Fine Air Services, a U.S. carrier, holds various exemption authorities to conduct scheduled services to points in Latin America and Europe. These authorities, applied for separately over the past five years as Fine Air has expanded its route network, have multiplied in number. In order to ensure continued Fine Air services to the points specified in its various authorities and to eliminate the administrative burden of repeatedly filing renewal applications, Fine Air is today filing in a separate docket an application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity encompassing most of Fine Air's exemptions. To ensure that Fine Air is able to maintain its services to these various points pending Departmental action on the Certificatg application, Fine Air here applies conditionally for renewal of certain of its exemption authorities and related route integration authorities.
Answers are due by August 12, 1998.
