Exemption
Northwest seeks renewal of its authority to engage in the transportation of persons, property and mail in foreign air transportation between, on the one hand, points in the United States and, on the other hand, Bristol and Southampton, England and Cardiff, Wales. Northwest will continue to serve each of these markets via Amsterdam (with no local traffic rights) pursuant to its code-share agreement with KLM under which KLM will operate aircraft on the Amsterdam-U.K. segments and display Northwest's two letter designator code .
