Application for Renewal of an Exemption

Aeromexpress respectfully requests renewal of the exemption authority previously renewed by Notice of Action Taken in Docket OST-95-219, dated March 4,1997, which authority currently is set to expire March 4, 1998. Aeromexpress seeks a renewal for one year. By this application, Aeromexpress intends to invoke the automatic extension provisions of 5 U.S.C. § 558(c) and Part 377 of the Department's Special Regulations.

Aeromexpress currently is not providing scheduled all-cargo service in the Mexico City-Atlanta market, it has done so in the past and anticipates resuming service when traffic warrants.
