Business Express Airlines, Inc., hereby gives notice of intent to terminate service at Presque Isle, Maine in 90 days, which would be December 14, 2000. However, because Business Express is ceasing operations on December 1, 2000 upon merger with American Eagle Airlines, Inc., we request an exemption from the 90day notice requirement in order to allow termination of service on December 1, 2000, or 17 days in advance of the otherwise applicable date of December 18, 2000.
