Essential Air Service for Flat, Alaska

Allows Tanana Air Service to temporarily suspend scheduled service at Flat, Alaska, for the period from September 30, 2000 until April 30, 20001 or until the airport reopens and the residents return to the community in the spring of 2001; and Tanana Air Services is directed to notify the Department and the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities when it begins scheduled service from Flat, Alaska, in 2001.
