Northwest seeks renewal of its Route 668 Experimental Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity, authorizing Northwest to engage in scheduled foreign air transportation of persons, property and mail between a point or points in the United States and the terminal point Kiev, Ukraine, via the intermediate point Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Northwest’s authority is scheduled to expire on August 22, 2005. By this application, Northwest asks that this certificate be renewed indefinitely, or at a minimum for a five-year period.
