Re: Cease of New York-Frankfurt Codeshare

Pursuant to the Statement of Authorization granted to Singapore Airlines Limited and Lufthansa German Airlines  that was most recently renewed on February 11, 2000, Singapore Airlines hereby notifies the Department that the carriers have ceased to code‑share between New York, New York and Frankfurt, Germany effective as of January 8, 2004. Singapore Airlines will continue to serve this market with its own aircraft.
