By Notice the Department has decided to dismiss the application of the State of
Maryland in Docket OST-2000-6727, and have further decided to treat that document as an
Answer in support of the application of Aer Lingus. The Department will place the State of
Maryland's submission in the Aer Lingus Docket, OST-2000-6726, where the views of the
State of Maryland will be fully considered.
