Order 99-4-5 exempts Fine Air Corp. (Fine Corp.) and Arrow Air, Inc. (Arrow) from the provisions of section 41105 of the Statute, subject to the condition that Arrow Air, Inc. shall be maintained and operated as a separate corporation.
