1. We amend and reissue the interstate scheduled passenger certificate of Air Nevada Airlines, Inc. d/b/a Pacific Wings to reflect (a) the new "Pacific Wings" trade name (b) the new standard Love Field condition, and (c) the current format for such certificates.

2. We will serve on Air Nevada Airlines a copy of this order and its amended interstate scheduled passenger certificate.
