By Order 98-1-27 we found FWIA fit, willing, and able to engage in interstate and foreign air transportation, renewed its interstate cargo authority and reissued its certificate to reflect that renewal.  By this order, we are renewaing FWIA's foreign cargo certificate authority and reissuing the carrier's certificates for Routes 599 and 712.
