Issuance of Certificate Authority
Once certificated, Accessair proposes to commence its operations by initially offering a total of thirteen scheduled round-trips a day between Des Moines and the Quad Cities (Davenport and Bettendorf, Iowa, and Moline and Rock Island, Illinois), and the cities of Wichita, Los Angeles, and New York using three 117-seat Boeing 737-200A aircraft. During its first year of service, Accessair plans to expand its operations to Wichita and to add service between Des Moines and the Quad Cities, and the cities of Washington, D.C., and San Francisco, with the addition of three more B-737 aircraft. In addition, Accessair has stated that it plans to increase its aircraft fleet so that by the end of the second year of operations it would have a total of thirteen B-737 aircraft in operation.
