Order 2000-3-22 confirms the Department's oral action granting to Ozark Air Lines, Inc. (Ozark) a waiver of the six-day waiting period prescribed in Order 99-8-27 before its certificate authority could be made effective, and (2) reissue to Ozark a certificate authorizing it to engage in interstate scheduled air transportation of persons, property, and mail to reflect its effective date of February 11, 2000.
