Application for Renewal of Exemption Authority -
Cancun/Mexico City-New Orleans
Aeromexico seeks to renew foreign air transportation of persons, property and mail between the coterminal points Cancun and Mexico City, Mexico, and New Orleans, Louisiana. Aeromexico currently is serving the Cancun-New Orleans market with five weekly DC-9 nonstop round trips and it desires to continue that service in the future. As to Mexico City-New Orleans, it currently is serving the market on a one stop basis, but it desires to retain the authority so that it can institute direct service when economic conditions warrant.
