Order Revoking Certificates

In December 1997, Salair informed us that it had been acquired by Air Alaska Cargo, Inc., and that it was preparing to file a notice of intent to resume operations under its certificate authority.  On May 4, 1998, Salair informed us that it had officially changed its name to Air Alaska Cargo, Inc., that it did not intend to seek a waiver of the revocation-for-dormancy provisions of section 204.7, but that it planned to file a new application for interstate scheduled passenger authority within the next few months.
