Order Revoking Certificates

Under these circumstances, we were prepared to revoke for dormancy MarkAir's certificate authority. However, we postponed taking action due to ongoing litigation against the MarkAir estate, which we hoped word be soon resolved. However, there is no indication that the matters at issue will be finally concluded in the near future, and we see no significant benefit to keeping certificate action in abeyance.
