Delta Air Lines, Inc., Comair,Inc., and Atlantic Southeast Airlines, Inc. and Czech Airlines hereby notify the Department that, beginning no earlier than 30 days from today, the carriers plan to display Czech Airlines' "OK*" designator code on flights operated by Delta/Delta Connection between Czech Airlines' transatlantic gateways in the United States and each of the following additional points:

• Austin, TX;
• Charlotte, NC;
• Hartford, CT;
• Houston, TX;
• Indianapolis, IN;
• Jackson, MS;
• Memphis, TN;
• Oklahoma City, OK;
• Portland, OR;
• Sacramento, CA;
• San Antonio, TX;
• San Jose, CA;
• Sarasota, FL; and
• Savannah, GA.

The carriers also plan to add codesharing service displaying the "OK*" code on Delta/Delta Connections flights between the Atlanta gateway and certain points in the United States for which notice has previously been given. By Notice submitted in this Docket on April 12, 2002, the carriers advised the Department that Notice given for any interior U.S. or beyond point should be deemed notice given for service via any or all of Delta's or Czech Airlines' U.S. gateways, and for flights operated by any or all DeltaIDelta Connection carrier(s). Subsequently, by Notice submitted in this Docket on November 6, 2006, Delta/Czech Airlines advised the Department that the "OK*" code would be displayed on Atlanta-Prague flights operated by Delta commencing on or about May 2, 2007, which also added Atlanta as a U.S. gateway for beyond gateway codesharing purposes. Thus, future and previously notified intra-U.S. and beyond points may be served via the Atlanta gateway without additional notice.
