Aerotransportes Corporativos, S.A. de C.V., a Mexican air taxi operator of small, executive aircraft, requests an exemption from 49 U.S.C. §41301 to authorize Aerotransportes Corporativos to engage in charter foreign air transportation of passengers between Mexico and the United States and to engage in other passenger charter operations in accordance with 14 CFR Part 212, using small aircraft. Aerotransportes Corporativos also requests stopover privileges and relief from the Department's requirement to provide prior notice of each flight, or series of flights, between Mexico and the United States.

Aerotransportes Corporativos has held Part 129 Operations Specifications from the FAA International Field Office in Dallas/San Antonio since January 6, 2007 (FAA Certificate Number 23AF160F). The company's only aircraft, a Cessna Citation 680, is configured for nine passenger seats.
