Filed August 18, 25, 29, September 13, November 1, 2006 | Issued September 26, 2007

Notices of Action Taken

Renewal of exemptions from 49 USC 41301 to permit the applicants to conduct passenger charter operations between Mexico and the United States, and other passenger charters in accordance with 14 CFR Part 212, using small equipment. The applicants also request renewal of their stopover privileges and continued relief from the requirement to provide advance notice of each flight, or series of flights, between Mexico and the United States.

We note that Aeromodelo, S.A. de C.V. did not expressly request stopover privileges or relief from the requirement to provide advance notice of each flight, or series of flights, between Mexico and the United States. However, the stopover privileges and advance notice relief are included in the current authority for which it seeks renewal, and we have decided to consider them as part of the renewal request.

Taxis Aereos del Valle de Toluca, S.A. de C.V. and Aero Servicios Azteca, S.A. de C.V. requested that their authority be granted for a two-year term. As to the other applicants, we have decided, on our own initiative and in the interest of administrative efficiency, to grant the exemption authority for a two-year term.
