Application for Renewal of an Exemption | Word
Air cargo operations from all authorized airports in Mexico to all authorized airports in the United States. These operations are encompassed by the U.S.-Mexico aviation agreement. We are also requesting air cargo flights from the U.S. to third party countries and vice-versa subject to prior approval.
We are specifically invoking the automatic-extension provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act, 5 USC 558 sub c, as implemented by 14 CFR Part 377, to keep our exemption authority in effect pending final action by the Department on the renewal request.
