Re: Amendment to Application for an Exemption We would like to change the word "Limited" stopover priviliges to read "Unlimited" stopover priviliges. By: Aerodiplomatic, Mario Estrada Sanchez OST-2005-20953 - Exemption - Mexico-US Charter Air Transportation July 6, 2006 Application for Renewal of Exemption Aerodiplomatic S.A. de C.V. hereby applies for renewal of its exemption which authorizes Aerodiplomatic to engage in charter foreign air transportation of persons and their accompanying baggage between the United States and Mexico with small aircraft and, subject to prior Department approval, between other countries and the United States. Aerodiplomatic also requests continuation of its stopover privileges and renewal of relief from any requirement to obtain advance approval for each Mexico U.S. flight. The Department granted the above authority to Aerodiplomatic by Notice of Action Taken dated September 19, 2005. Aerodiplomatic requests that this authority, which is scheduled to expire on September 19, 2006, be renewed for a period of at least one year. The services Aerodiplomatic proposes to operate are substantially identical to those it performed during the past year, i.e. highly personalized transport services to executives of Aerodiplomatic and its related companies and their invitees using small private business-type aircraft.
