		Exhibit 1: Funding

As the Department correctly noted, Applicant originally planned to secure the necessary funds for its proposed services through an initial public offering. To that end, Applicant has submitted its business plan to Paulson Investments, an investment bank in the Northwest that requested the Plan for IPO underwriting consideration. After reviewing the Plan, Paulson requested and scheduled a meeting with Applicant on April 24th to discuss matters further. As an alternative to proceeding with its planned IPO, Applicant is now also pursuing a combination of debt-equity financing from an organization that provides funding for ventures, including ventures in the transportation industry. In that regard, Applicant has entered into detailed, substantive negotiations with a highly experienced, funds-raising company, Structured Funding Group. Please refer to the attached correspondence from Structured Funding Group confirming our ongoing negotiations and their experience in financing start-up ventures. Applicant and representatives of Structured Funding Group are scheduled to meet on Thursday, April 20th, to continue negotiations relating to the financing.
